We at Safe Care Services have long-term experience of working with children and adult services as well as other services with care spectrum. In addition, it is common knowledge that many services is not tailored according to the service user’s needs, which invariably undermines the good quality services that should be rendered to vulnerable clients. This is what led to Safe Care Services being established; to provide bespoke service that is led by needs of individuals.
We are a domiciliary care services for both children and adult in need of support and our team of specialised Family Support Workers, Carers and Registered Social Workers are experienced in working with both children and adults including complex cases.
Safe Care Services support our service users using the ‘Family and Person-Centred Approach.’ We recognise that family members are a constant unit in the care team. Therefore, families are free to ask questions and receive information and guidance to help them support their child or adult. We also use “Positive Behaviour Support” in providing long-term support to people with learning disability, autism, including those with mental health condition or may be at risk of developing, behaviour that challenge.
Safe Care Services offers 24hrs service, all year around. We appoint experienced and skilled workers who have updated professional certification/ qualifications, to ensure good quality service delivery is offered to our clients.

Confirming The Quality of our Homecare Service
The care supervisors from your local office will regularly check that you are satisfied with the services that you receive from us. We share this information with the national regulator for homecare services. There is a national regulator in each of the four countries of the United Kingdom. These statutory bodies have responsibility for making sure our services meet the requirements of the law and meet fundamental standards of quality and safety. Each regulator carries out periodic inspections to check our services. As part of these checks, they may directly ask our customers for feedback.We are also members of the United Kingdom Home Care Association, the organisation that helps home care agencies to achieve high standards of care and support.
