Our dedicated End of Life Care teams are specially trained to support those with terminal conditions and work closely with the relevant health care professionals to ensure you receive the best possible care.
We ensure a small team of care staff provide compassionate end of life support that is tailored to the individual needs of our customers and their families, providing assistance with personal care and/or practical tasks, focussing on:
- Maintaining dignity.
- Supporting clients by ensuring their comfort, at all times.
- Assisting with pain management.
- Empowering our Customers to have control about how and where their care is provided.
- Delivery of sensitive person-centred care that supports the wishes and aspirations of our Customers and their loved ones.
End of Life Care is carried out under the full guidance and instruction of your clinical and medical professionals.
