Safe Care Services are committed to empowering individual with Learning and Physical Disabilities, by enabling them to develop daily living skills and relationships, as well as helping them to increase their self-confidence. Our specialist carers will provide practical, social and emotional support through individually tailored packages of care and support offered to service users in their homes, they can live comfortably in their home environment, without moving to a care or residential home as an alternative care provision.

We have specialist teams for learning disabilities, physical disabilities and mental-ill health; their expertise and experience is available across all of our services. We have considerable experience of supporting individuals with:
